Capitalizing on this background, he transitioned into the expanding field of information technology, achieving Microsoft certification in Internet Administration—an accomplishment that placed him at the vanguard of the earliest developments in online connectivity.

As a business owner, Mr. Bradley operated a dial-up Internet service provider, facilitating web access for businesses and individuals during the industry’s formative years. His pioneering contributions are complemented by more than three decades of advanced proficiency in web design, through which he has consistently delivered innovative and effective solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

His professional trajectory also comprises 18 years as a civilian contributor within Law Enforcement, where he applied his leadership and technical skills to support community development initiatives and service projects. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Bradley has earned distinction in consulting, networking, and computer services, empowering organizations to enhance their technology infrastructure, improve system security, and implement efficient IT strategies.

Clayton Heeringa is a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades of hands-on experience across multiple industries. Beginning his career at the age of 14 in the service industry in 1987, Clayton developed strong interpersonal and communication skills that have served as the foundation of his professional and leadership success.

Throughout his career, Clayton has gained valuable experience in retail, warehousing, and inventory control before expanding into industrial and technical fields. His extensive background includes work in mining and aggregation, cryogenic repair and installation, and the manufacturing, design, build, and testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and specialized fire apparatus. His mechanical aptitude and keen understanding of systems and processes have made him a reliable problem-solver and an asset in every industry he has worked in.

Since 1999, Clayton has proudly served in law enforcement. Currently a Supervisor, he leads and supports a full Platoon, overseeing daily operations and workload management. Clayton is deeply committed to ensuring a safe, equitable, and teamwork-driven environment, fostering collaboration and mutual respect among his team members. His leadership style emphasizes fairness, accountability, and a strong sense of community service.

Clayton is a skilled mechanic and craftsman. He enjoys diagnosing and repairing vehicles, electrical research and development, metalworking, and fabrication. His passion for understanding how things work continues to drive both his professional and personal interests.

Ron Anderson is a skilled professional with a diverse background in electrical technology, industrial equipment, and law enforcement. 
With post-secondary training in electrical technology and Law Enforcement, he has also has extensive experience in electronic development, industrial water treatment, heavy machinery, hydraulics, and medical equipment assembly. 

Recognized for his problem-solving skills, adaptability, and commitment to innovation, Ronald brings expertise in troubleshooting, system assembly, and industrial servicing across multiple industries.

Over the years, Chase has developed strong skills in digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, and promotional content creation, helping brands grow their presence and engage audiences effectively. His hands-on experience in video production, videography, video editing, lighting design, and post-production allows him to craft compelling visual stories that align with marketing goals.

Beyond creative work, Chase has also become skilled in production planning, project management, and event production, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to delivery. His technical foundation in information technology and production management supports efficient workflows and innovative problem-solving across all stages of production.
